Frequently asked questions

How does the artist work with our brand brief?

Every activation starts with a conversation about your brand, event, and audience. The artist works from that brief, including colour palette, brand assets, and tone, while keeping the live element authentic. This isn't a printed backdrop; it's a real artist responding to your brief in real time.

Do we keep the artwork afterwards?

Yes. The finished piece is yours: a tangible asset from the event, not just entertainment for the room.

What's the difference between live and ambient painting on the day?

Live painting is a focal point: guests gather, watch the piece develop, and there's often a reveal moment. Ambient painting runs quietly in the background, adding creative energy to the space without asking for attention.

What do you need on site, such as power, space, or ventilation?

Requirements depend on the format and medium. We'll confirm exact needs (space, power, surface protection, drying time) once we know the brief. Most spaces need minimal adaptation.

How far in advance should we book?

Sooner is always better, especially for a specific artist or anything needing preproduction. That said, we can turn work around at short notice for simpler formats. Get in touch and we'll tell you what's possible.

Can this scale up or down?

Yes, from a single artist at an intimate dinner to multiple artists across a large brand activation.

Do you travel outside London?

Yes, UK-wide and international.

How is pricing structured?

Every job is quoted individually and priced on a bespoke basis, based on scope, format, and location. Enquire and we'll put a proposal together.
